Recently, NH Public Television aired a program called “Roads to Recovery”. Rather than look at the problem of substance misuse, it was focused on looking at some of the solutions. It featured a panel discussion exploring how support and community are crucial to making a healthy transition for those recovering from substance use disorder.
Personal stories and examples of these pathways were shown through videos and interviews. Our own Mone Cassier was filmed for one of these segments at Sober Sisters, explaining what recovery means for her as she welcomes women to the safety, structure, and comfort of Malley Farm. You can watch the entire program at http://video.nhptv.org/video/3001288365/; catch Mone’s interview beginning at minute 29:12.
